The Relatives and Friends of the late Dr RICHARD ADAMS were respectfully invited to attend his Requiem Eucharist held in The Church of the Good
Shepherd, Joslin St, Kotara South on Tuesday May 16, 2006
commencing at 1pm. A private cremation followed.
In lieu of flowers donations to Prostate Cancer Foundation Australia
were left at the Service.
