My earliest memory of Betty is driving the beige coloured TWS van at Neville. She was a stalwart member of the Neville community and hardworking mayoress of the Blayney Shire. I have happy memories of the lovely spa on the verandah; poker machine with the handle she would let us play with 10 cent coins and Scratcham her faithful companion of many years. She was honest, kind, forthright- a mentor to me when I first left high school. Now at peace, after a life well lived.

    1. Wonderful Kerry! Such loving memories with you all 😊

  2. grandma was one of my favourite people in this world, as much as she will be missed I’m trying to focus on all the good things she brought into this life, and all the memories I shared with her. she will be deeply missed

my grandma loved to watch me dance and there was nobody i loved to perform for more. After a concert or eisteddfod i would always wake up to a message from her saying how much she had loved it. I will always dance for my grandma and even if i won’t receive another message i’ll always know she’s watching

One of the nicest human beings that I have had to good fortune to know. Rest in peace, Betty.
My thoughts and prayers are with the family.

I came to know Betty later in her life as her brother-in-law Jack’s partner. She made me very very welcome into the family and we shared many laughs. I last saw her on her 80th birthday when we spent some days together again laughing a great deal. For her 80th birthday Betty wanted to see the Lion King again so a lovely memory made.
