to be conducted in the Salvation Army Citadel, Barton Street, Kurri Kurri this SATURDAY, September 18th 2004 commencing at 11am. A private cremation will follow this Service.

In lieu of flowers donations to the Melanoma Unit of the Mater Hospital Waratah may be left at the Citadel.
