WORRELL, John Henry (Jack), 9/5/2004.- Peacefully at St. George Hospital, Kogarah. In the loving arms of his wife LORNA and FAMILY. Late of Jilliby, formerly of Wyong Creek. Dearly loved husband of LORNA, loving father and father-in-law of LYNETTE and JOHN, DIANNE, WENDY and DONALD, GEOFFREY (dec), GREGORY, CAROLYN and TIM, JOHN and MICHELLE and their FAMILIES, loving pop to his 18 grandchildren and great-pop to 16 great-grandchildren, loving brother and dear friend and good mate to all who knew JACK.
Aged 76 years.
