Dearly loved husband of HAZEL, much loved father of TONY and KARL, devoted pop pop to KRISTY, JOEL, AMY and KARTIAR, fond brother-in-law of GORDON HEDLEY, dear friend of DEL and DARREL PRITCHARD, GEOFF and DEBBIE SPRUCE and TRACEY MURDOCH and his loving family in Poland are invited to attend HENRYK`s Funeral Service to be held in the David Lloyd Funeral Home, 200 Brunker Road, Adamstown MONDAY morning 08/09/2003 commencing at 10 o`clock.
A private cremation will follow this service.
