Much loved husband of Valerie.
Loved and missed by his 3 children, Brett, Kim and Shane.
Aged 71 Years
The Funeral Service for Phillip, will be held in the Rose Chapel at Palmdale Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Park, Palmdale on Tuesday (April 11, 2006) commencing at 10.00am.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Cancer Foundation and may be left at the service.
Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander visitors to this site should exercise caution when viewing these memorials as they may contain images of deceased persons
