Our gorgeous brave husband, son and brother has left his physical self after a long battle with pulmonary hypertension. The Families, Friends and Colleagues of our dear TIM, his wife EMMA, his parents RICHARD and ANNIE WHITAKER, brother PHIL BOXSELL and father RALPH WALKER are welcome to attend a farewell to TIM and a service to send him on his next journey to commence at 9.30am on Thursday the 6th April 2006 in the Hillside Chapel at Palmdale Crematorium, Palmdale Road, Palmdale NSW.
You are invited afterwards to reflect on Tim`s life at his favourite beach at the Redhead S.L.S.C.; light refreshments provided.
Tim`s life would have been saved if he had been given the gift of organ donation-please register as a donor on the Australian Medicare site or phone 1800-777203. Envelopes will be provided at his service for donations to the Pulmonary Hypertension Unit, St Vincent`s Hospital.
