Beloved wife of KEITH, loved mother and mother-in-law of NOLA and GERARD O`CONNOR, DALE (dec`d), LOIS and GLENVILLE TUCKER, GORDON and GAIL, DAVID and KIMBERLEY, IAN and TANYA and ROSEMARY (dec`d). Loved grandmother and great grandmother of JENNIFER, HEIDI, ALISON, KERRIE, WENDY, SHAUN, MURRAY, TIM, BAILEE, KRISTEN, CLAIRE, KATE, JARROD, JACKSON, BRITTNEY and JACK. Loved sister of WENDY and HEATHER. Loved sister-in-law and aunt. Aged 73 years.

Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend the Funeral Service for FAY to be held in the Chapel at the Innes Gardens Memorial Park Crematorium, Phillip Charley Drive, Port Macquarie WEDNESDAY, 13 August, 2003, commencing at 12 noon. By special request, donations to the Motor Neurone Disease Association, would be appreciated. A donation bowl will be at the Service.
