Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of BELINDAs Life this FRIDAY 9th November, 2012 in the Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Chapel Cessnock Rd Ryhope at 2.30pm. Following to burial in the grounds.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Calvary Mater Hospice may be left at the Chapel.

BELINDA has requested that bright colours be worn.
