SMITH, Richard John. Passed away suddenly 2nd June 2004.
Dearly loved son, brother and uncle.
As the Manager of the Diabetes Australia NSW Newcastle shop, RICHARD will be greatly missed by his many friends, colleagues, volunteers and support group members in the Hunter. The Funeral will be held at 1pm THURSDAY 10th June at St Luke`s Church, Blackwall Road, Woy Woy preceeding to Palmdale Memorial Park, Ourimbah at 3.15pm for the service and refreshments. His Family have requested donations to Diabetes Australia NSW in lieu of flowers (envelopes will be available).
