Beloved husband of CHRIS, treasured father and father-in-law to LUKE and ERIN, ADAM and KELLY, much loved son and son-in-law to ANNE and BERESFORD SMITH, KATH and MORRIE JOHNSON, a loved brother, brother-in-law and uncle to GILES SMITH and the JOHNSON FAMILIES.
DEREK`s Family warmly invite all Relatives and Friends to attend a Celebration of his life to be held at the family property, 114 Lomas Lane, Nulkaba this THURSDAY, August 31st 2006 commencing at 11am.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Mater Hospital Oncology Unit may be left in a bowl at Derek`s home.
