late of Cessnock and widow of the late Jack Sams, to be conducted in St. Andrew`s Presbyterian Church, Cooper Street, Cessnock, this TUESDAY April 4th, 2006, commencing at 10.30 a.m. A private cremation will follow this Service.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Coalfields Palliative Care may be left at St. Andrew`s.
