The relatives and friends of DALE are invited to attend her funeral service to be held in St Auburn`s Anglican Church, Pembroke Street, Epping, Friday (April 8, 2005), commencing at 1 p.m. Preceded by a cremation service in the Camelia Chapel of Macquarie Park Crematorium, Plassey Road, Macquarie Park at 11.30 a.m.
