Passed away 12th November, 2004 at Mercy Hospice, Waratah. Late of Hamilton. Father of GRAHAME, DONNA, SHARON, DAVID and RAYLEE. Fond brother of KEN, ALICE, AILEEN, PAULINE and PAT. Father-in-law, grandfather, brother-in-law and uncle to their FAMILIES.
The Relatives and Friends of TOM are invited to attend his Funeral Service this TUESDAY (16/11/2004) afternoon at 1.15 o`clock in the Funeral Chapel, Blackall Street, Broadmeadow.
This Service will be followed by a private cremation.
