Loving partner of Terri. Loved daughter of Joyce Baldwin and Harold Baldwin. Loving mother
of Cathy, Jodie and Darrin Moore. Loving sister and sister-in-law of Lyn and Garrie, and Ron and Robin. Loving Nee Nee to Carlee, Hayden, Emma-Louise, Daniel, Mitchell, Adam, Sarah and Ashleigh.

Aged 56 years.

The Funeral Service for Denise was held at the Chapel in Greenway Memorial Gardens, 460 Avoca Drive, Green Point, on Wednesday (December 29, 2004)
