PHILLIPS, Keith Michael.
Sadly passed away December 21, 2004, of Ryde. Dearly loved husband of Betty, loving father and father-in-law of Daryl, Ashlini, Lyn and Luke. Brother of Allan and David (deceased), adored poppy of Tanisha and Bodhi. The good times we shared will always be remembered and
never forgotten.
A great Man sadly missed by all who knew him.

Aged 68 years.

The relatives and friends of KEITH are invited to attend his funeral service, to be held today (Friday, December 24, 2004), in the Camellia Chapel of the Macquarie Park Crematorium,
Plassey Road, Macquarie Park (North Ryde), to commence at 10.30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers donations would be appreciated to the cology Ward of the Sydney Adventist Hospital.
