and STEVE HOLT,GREG and KATHY PETHERBRIDGE and their FAMILIES. Boyfriend of LEANNE and a friend to many.

Aged 17 Years

The Relatives and Friends of SAM PETHERBRIDGE were invited to attend the celebration of his life, on MONDAY 7th May 2007 at All Saints Anglican Church, Regent St, New Lambton.

This Service was followed by a private cremation.
