to be conducted in St. John`s Anglican Church, Westcott Street, Cessnock, this WEDNESDAY 21/07/2004 at 2pm. This Service will be followed by a private interment in the Aberdare Lawn Cemetery, close family and friends ly attending.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the cology Unit of Lingard Hospital may be left at the church.
