The family of Paul announces with great sorrow his passing on 10 December in Pattaya, Thailand.
Son of Margaret Burt and John Brown (dec) brother to Angela, Patrick, Louise, Frances, Michael & Matthew, and father to Andrew, Nicholas, Cheri and Joy.
