Dearly loved wife of MARTIN. Much loved mother of JESSICA and TIM, ADRIAN, SCOTT and KAYLEE, JOSHUA and BROOKE, JASMINE, SELINA and SIMONE. Loving grandmother of her 5 grandchildren. Loved daughter of BARRY and FLORENCE (decd). Sadly missed by her brother and sisters and their FAMILIES.
Relatives and Friends are invited to attend CLAREs Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park, Cessnock Road, Ryhope on TUESDAY, 18th December 2012 commencing at 1pm.
