Dearly loved husband of SYLVIA MAY (dec`d). Cherished father of COLLEEN, JOHN and ROBYN, father-in-law of MARIA and BRUCE. Loved brother of JOAN, NORAH (dec`d) and EILEEN (dec`d). Loved grandfather to ROBERT, DAVID, JULIE, MICHAEL, PAUL, DARREN and CRAIG. Great grandfather to NATASHA, TANYA, DEAN, CARLIE, MATHEW, KRISTA, ANGELA, CLAUDIA, ANDREW, JACK, AARON, REECE and DREW. Great great grandfather to MADDISON, RILEY, LACEY, ELLIE, JOSIE, SHANA and AKASHA.

Relatives and Friends of JACK are warmly invited to attend his Farewell Service to be conducted in the Chapel of St. Patrick`s of Nulkaba on FRIDAY, April 13th 2007 commencing at 11am.

This Service will be followed by a private interment in the Aberdare Lawn Cemetery, Family only attending.
