Family and Friends are invited to attend PATs Funeral Service to be held in the Chapel of Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Crematorium, Cessnock Road, Ryhope on MONDAY, 21st January 2013 commencing at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, a donation in PATs memory to Ovarian Cancer Research may be made at the Service.
