Held at St Paul`s Cathedral, Cnr Swanston and Flinders Streets, Melbourne, WEDNESDAY (October 20, 2004) at 1.00 p.m. A private family burial followed.
Relatives, friends, representatives of organisations and members of the public were welcome to attend.
