1933 – 2013
Aged 79 Years
Also know as “Chef Meyer”
Passed away peacefully in loving care at Wesley Heights. HANS, formerly of Belmont, Lake Macquarie, resided in Sans Souci on his beloved boat Real-Fish. Much loved and celebrated Father of his 4 daughters ALLISON, FIONA, SHERIDAN and REBECCA and father-in-law to DARREN, JUSTIN and MICHAEL. Adored Poppy to BLAKE, AMY, LUCCA, HARRISON, CAMPBELL, DARBY, MADDISON, BELLA and RUBY. HANS will also be sadly missed by his family in Germany; PETER and GISELA, the late PAUL, REGINA and the late GEORGE, EVE and FAMILIES.
The Family wish to thank the dedicated staff of the Garrison and Wesley Heights nursing home for their loving care and respect for an intelligent,
`larger than life` man.
You touched everyone, you lived every day as if it was your last, you laughed hard, lived hard, and loved life. You were larger than any sunrise…go now in peace on your boat. It is not goodbye, we will see you again – we will love you forever.

HANS`s Family warmly invite you to attend a “Celebration of his Life”
to be held in the East Chapel, Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Dehli Road, North Ryde on THURSDAY 31st January at 10.30 am.
Refreshments will be served in honour of HANS directly after the ceremony.
