Dearly loved wife of NORMAN, cherished mother of HAYDON BROOK (dec`d),
SUZANNE BROOK and ANDREW BROOK, mother-in-law of KAREN BROOK, devoted grandmother of MATTHEW, STEVEN and JOSHUA BROOK, beloved daughter of FRANK (dec`d) and ELSIE CANTRELL, loving sister to JOHN, DIANE, SUSAN, JANET and CHRISTINE. Loving sister-in-law to their partners, loving aunt and great- aunt to their FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of ANN and her FAMILY are warmly invited to attend her Funeral Service to be held at All Saints` Anglican Church, Main Road, Boolaroo this FRIDAY (27/02/2004), Eucharist commencing at 10 a.m. A private cremation will follow.
In lieu of flowers donations in memory of ANN may be left at the Service for Mercy Hospice and Palliative Care, Waratah.
After a long and brave struggle with her illness, her love and strength will be long remembered.
