to be conducted in the Funeral Chapel of C.R. Smyth & Son, cnr. Victoria and Hopetoun Sts., Kurri Kurri, this TUESDAY, November 2nd, 2004, commencing 10.30 a.m.
This Service will be followed by a private cremation at St. Patrick`s of Nulkaba.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Kurri Kurri Nursing Home may be left at the Chapel.
