late of Cameron Park and formerly of Merewether to be conducted in the Uniting Church, Auckland Street Newcastle this FRIDAY 23rd April 2004 at 10am. The service will be followed by a private interment at the Newcastle Crematorium at Beresfield at 11.30am.

MICHAEL`S Family, Friends and Workmates are requested not to wear black. In lieu of flowers donations can be left for the NSW Cancer Research Foundation.
