Devoted brother of Thomas and Christopher. Beloved grandson of Rex.
Loved and missed by all his family and friends.
Aged 17 years.
A Thanksgiving and Celebration for the life of DAVID will be held at Christ Church Anglican Church, Mona Vale Road,St. Ives, on Thursday (December 28, 2006) at 11 a.m.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Salvation Army would be appreciated.
