A very much loved husband to JEAN. Loving father to JOHN, STUART, DENISE and FRANK and cherished pop to his grandchildren and great grandchildren.

The Funeral Service for DICK will be held THURSDAY (May 20 2004) to commence at 1pm in the Chapel of the Mackay Family Crematorium Pacific Highway Palmdale.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Cancer Council and these may be left at the Chapel.
