Mass of Christian Burial for NICOLE ANNE HAYWOOD will be offered in St. Vincent`s Church, Bland Street, Ashfield TUESDAY June 1, 2004 commencing at 12 noon.

The Funeral will leave the church at the conclusion of the Mass for Eastern Suburbs Memorial Park Crematorium, Military Road, Matraville.

In lieu of floral tributes, donations to Gloucester House, Level 6, Missenden Road, Camperdown 2050 would be appreciated.
