Passed away April 12, 2006, after a short illness.

Loving and dearly loved wife, mother, grandma and great-grandma.

Now at peace and forever in our hearts .

Family and friends are invited to the funeral service celebrating the life of LEW to be held in the Rose Chapel, Palmdale Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Park,
Palmdale, on Friday (April 21, 2006), commencing at 12 noon.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Children`s Medical Research
Institute, would be appreciated.
