Beloved wife of ANDREW, much loved mother of JADE. Daughter of KAY and PAUL, dear sister of JASON and NICHOLE and loved daughter-in-law of ERIC.
Relatives and Friends are warmly invited to attend the Service to be held on WEDNESDAY 20th February 2013 in the North Chapel, Newcastle Memorial Park, Beresfield at 2pm. In lieu of flowers donations to the Cancer Council may left at the Chapel.
