Family and Friends are warmly invited to attend a Celebration of TOM`s Life this Monday 2nd May 2011 in the Lake Macquarie Memorial Park Chapel, Palmers Road, Ryhope at 3pm.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Australian Alzheimers Research Unit may be left at the Chapel.
