February 22, 2004. Late of Port Macquarie and formerly of Castle Hill. Dearly loved husband of Anne. Loving father of James John (deceased) and loved brother of Colin and Maureen.
Aged 73 years.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a service for MERV, which will be held in
the chapel of Innes Gardens Memorial Park Crematorium, Port Macquarie, Friday, February 27, 2004, commencing at 2 p.m. In lieu of floral tributes, donations to the cology unit
at Port Macquarie Base Hospital would be appreciated. A donation bowl will be at the chapel.
