GIETZ, Warwick Alexander.
September 23, 2004, late of Mudgee, N.S.W. Passed away in hospital, in Sydney, after a short illness and courageous fight.
Beloved husband of Margaret, adored father and friend of Sheridan, Rowan and Christine. Much loved brother and brother-in-law of Dierdre and Phil, Charles and Joy. Will be greatly missed by all his relatives and friends.

A funeral service for WARWICK will be held in the East Chapel of the Northern Suburbs Crematorium, Delhi Road, North Ryde, Wednesday (September 29, 2004), commencing at 2pm.

In lieu of flowers, donations to The Sydney Neuro-Oncology Research Group, Royal North Shore Hospital, would be much appreciated.
