22nd August, 2005 at St. Augustine`s Nursing Home, late of Ozanam Villa. A celebration of JACK`s life will be held THURSDAY 25th August, 2005 at the Chapel of Hogbin Drive Crematorium, Stadium Drive, Coffs Harbour commencing at 3 p.m. Family, friends and carers are invited to attend, any eulogies will be warmly welcomed. After the Service Devonshire teas will be served in the adjoining garden lounge.
