Passed away suddenly,March 15, 2011,


aged 57 years. Late of Belmore.
Loving husband, father and Poppy. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, but never forgotten.

KEITH`S funeral service will be held at Woronora Crematorium, South Chapel, Tuesday (March 22) at 12 noon.
