FULLAGAR, Ralph.-
Passed away August 7 2004, from a stroke at the Mater Hospital Newcastle, aged 62 years. Greatly missed by his wife PATRICIA, son CHRIS and daughter SIMONE.
A Service and Celebration of RALPH`s life will be held for Family and Friends FRIDAY August 13, 2004 commencing at 12.15pm in the Hillside Chapel, Palmdale Crematorium, Palmdale Road, Ourimbah. Please meet at the Chapel.
