Late of Wallsend Passed away 19th March, 2004 In his 84th Year

Dearly loved husband of MARJORIE, much loved father and father-in-law of PHILIP and GAYLE, adored grandfather of DEAN and CARMEN, beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle and cousin of the FREEMAN and BROWN FAMILIES.

The Relatives and Friends of JACK are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in the Uniting Church, Metcalfe Street, Wallsend WEDNESDAY (24/03/2004) Service commencing at 12 noon.
A private cremation will follow this Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of JACK may be left at the Service for the Victor Chang Cardiac Research Institute.
