Late of Umina Beach. Beloved wife of Perc (deceased), loving mother and mother-in-law of Jan and John, Richard and Sue. Much loved grandma of Scott, Kylie, Craig, Justin, Melissa, Daniel and their partners.
Great-grandmother of eight and special friend Evelyn.

The funeral service for HAZEL will be held Wednesday (May 17, 2006) at The Rose Chapel, Palmdale Memorial Park, Palmdale, commencing at 1 p.m.
