Relatives and friends of DAVID are invited to attend a funeral service to celebrate his life, to be
held at Our Lady of Perpetual Succour, Kendall Street, West Pymble Thursday (January 29, 2004), to commence at 11 a.m. and to be followed by a burial at The Macquarie Park Cemetery.
