Loving husband to Roma, loved father and father-in-law to Kieren and Karen, Julian and Amanda, Martin, Vanessa and Shirley. Loving grandfather to Madeline, Harrison, Freya and
Archie. Loving son of Betty and Eric (deceased) and loved brother to his family.

Aged 63 years.

The relatives and friends of WARREN are invited to attend his funeral service, to be held
on Wednesday (December 15, 2004), at St. John Bishopthorpe Anglican Church, St. Johns Road, Glebe, appointed to commence at 10 a.m.

The funeral will leave the Church for Rookwood Anglican Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the New South Wales Cancer Council.
