TREVOR`s family warmly invite all relatives and friends to attend his Funeral Service to be conducted in the Funeral Chapel of C. R. Smyth & Son, Westcott Street, Cessnock, this THURSDAY, April 13th, 2006, commencing at 1 p.m.
A private cremation will follow this Service.
In lieu of flowers, donations to Endocrinology Research at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital may be left at the Service.
