Will be sadly missed by his de facto Jennifer and his children Dory, Eilene (deceased), Herb, Gail and Sharon and their respective families.

The funeral service for BLAINE will be held in the Rose Chapel, Palmdale Lawn Cemetery and Memorial Park, Palmdale, on Monday (June 19, 2006), commencing at 12noon.
