Passed away peacefully at the Mercy Hospice Waratah

Youngest daughter of ALFRED and MARY CHAPMAN (both dec’d) of Tighes Hill. Loving wife, mother, mother-in-law and nana of BILL (dec’d), LYNN and MARCOS, CHRIS and TROY, JONATHON and GABRIELLE, MICHAEL and DEBBIE, SHALEENA and TRAVIS. Loving sister, sister-in-law and aunty of AGNES and TOM AYLIFFE (both dec’d), Sr. THERESA MARY r.s.m. (Kath), JOE and MAVIS (both dec’d), HAROLD (Blue) and ROSEMARY, NORMA and FRED YOUNG and their FAMILIES and her Monte Pio FAMILY whom she was proud to be a part of.

The Relatives and Friends of the COMYNS, KOTTAKIS and GRIEVES FAMILIES are warmly invited to attend the Celebration of MARY’s Life (please wear pink or something colourful on Mum’s request) at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Northcote Avenue, Swansea this TUESDAY morning 18th June, 2013 at 10.30am, a private interment wil l follow.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be left at the Church for the Mercy Hospice Waratah.
