Dearly loved and ly child of CEC and NORMA CHAPMAN.

JAMES` Relatives and Friends are invited to attend the Celebration of the Requiem Eucharist in St. Mark`s Anglican Church, Norfolk Avenue, Islington this WEDNESDAY (8th October, 2003) commencing at 11 o`clock.

Following the Eucharist a private interment will take place in the lawn section of Sandgate Cemetery.

Cec and Norma would like to express their sincere appreciation and thanks to Dr Loewenthal and the staff of Ward F2 at John Hunter Hospital for the kindness and loving care shown to JAMES throughout his illness.
