Passed away December 22, 2012.
Much loved husband of Yvonne, and brother of Stella Chia.
Family and friends of P.W. CHAN are invited to attend his funeral service to be held at Macquarie Park Crematorium, corner Delhi and Plassey Roads, Macquarie Park, on Friday (December 28) at 2.30 p.m. in the Magnolia Chapel then for burial in the adjoining cemetery.
