Family and Friends are invited to attend the Mass of Thanksgiving for JAN`s Life to be celebrated at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Campbells Hill, Maitland WEDNESAY 25th August 2004 at 10.30 am, thence for the Morpeth Cemetery.
In appreciation of Maitland/Dungog Palliative Care Team, Jan and Family invite donations to assist with their going care and support of the local community. These may be left at the church.
