Passed away suddenly
Dearly loved father of NICHOLAS and ELYSE. Sadly missed son of LESLIE and PEGGY, and by his brother DEREK, sister-in-law HELEN and their daughter LISA and his sister SHARON, FAMILY and FRIENDS.

Family and Friends of PERRY are warmly invited to attend his Funeral to be held in the South Chapel of Woronora Crematorium, Linden St, Sutherland on TUESDAY, April 2nd, 2013, commencing at 1pm.
In lieu of floral tributes, please consider a donation to the Starlight Childrens Foundation for a childs starlight wish. Donation box and envelopes will be available at the Chapel.
