The relatives and friends of VERNA are invited to attend her funeral service to be held at
St. Martins Anglican Church, Cnr Stuart and Gold Streets, Blakehurst, Monday (March 22, 2004), commencing at 10.30 a.m.

Following the service, a private cremation will take place.

In lieu of flowers, a donation to
Calvary Hospital Palliative Care Unit, would be greatly
appreciated.
